The Blue Grotto (La Grotta Azzurra) The Blue Grotto is a mostly-submerged cave, accessible only by a low entrance that requires visitors to lie down in their rowboats to easily float in. Inside, sunlight reflects off the sandy sea floor, causing the water to glow surrealistically, and refracts off the cave walls, creating an unearthly blue colour that gives the impression of floating in a different world. Address: Via G. Azzurra Anacapri NA Italy
