The Festa di Sant’Anna happens every year on July 26, and is celebrated with tons of food and a parade of boats and vessels of all shapes and sizes from around the island in honour of the mother of the Virgin Mary. The colourful fleet competes for prizes and prestige - not to mention bragging rights for having the most beautiful boat on the island.
